Swimwear is mandatory in our sauna.Can I be naked?
No. This is due to a combination of communal mixed-sex use and the large window allowing views over the lake.What should I bring?
1. Swimwear.
2. Two towels – one to sit on and one for drying later. There are no towels on site.
3. Flip-flops / slippers. Especially if going to the lake for a cold dip.
4. Water bottle (there is drinkable tap water on site).Can I change on site?
Yes, we have two changing rooms.Is there a shower?
Yes, there are two showers. They are for showering before the sauna and for cooling down between sessions. Please do not use soap in the shower as it does not drain into the sewage system.Is there a toilet?
There is a public bathroom 150 metres away.Are there lockers?
Yes. Please bring your own padlocks.How can I cool down?
You can choose from the showers, a short stay outside, or even a dip in the lake! Please be responsible and do make sure you have a friend with you, especially if you have not done this often.What is the capacity?
For communal bookings out capacity is [6] people. For private bookings you can probably fit [8] people.Can I eat and drink?
Only water. All other food and drink is prohibited.How long are the sessions?
The sessions are 60 minutes each. This should allow 3 rounds of sauna and cooling down and changing. Please do respect people arriving in the subsequent slot.What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel and get a full refund up until 24 hours before your booking.Where can I leave feedback?

Sauna rules
1. Please treat everyone with consideration and respect.2. Swimwear is mandatory.3. Use a towel on the sauna benches.4. No shoes in the sauna room.5. No food or drink allowed in the sauna (except for water).6. Please leave in a timely manner so the next visitors can start on time.7. The sauna is cleaned regularly but not after each visit. Please leave it clean and tidy, just as you found it.8. Do not use soap or shower gel in the showers.Recommendations:
1. We recommend sessions with up to 15 minutes in the sauna room, followed by a period of cooling (any or all of shower, standing outside, cold plunge).2. You can add steam for a short period of time by pouring water onto the heater stones. This should not be done more often than every 10 minutes. If you have just entered the room and would like to add steam, it is polite to ask if it was done recently.
